Dana and I went to Waverly Hills Sanitorium on June 5th, 2016. At that time, the only equipment we had was a Canon PowerShot SX50HS camera.
The following photo was taken on the 4th floor. Keep in mind that there are no lights on this floor. With this in mind, I set my camera to C2 and randomly shot photographs of several of the rooms and hallways. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary while shooting the photos. It wasn't until I loaded them into my computer that I noticed the white light in the left-hand window, and the red light in the right, which I now believe may have been a reflection of my camera light. Both sparked my interest.

I enlarged the picture several times, and this is what I discovered - what looks to be a person sitting in bed.

Dana and I witnessed several unexplainable phenomenon that evening, including a huge dark shadow moving down the hallway toward us, growing larger as it drew closer, while blocking the light from the window at the end of the hall. When I turned on my flashlight the hallway was empty.
The most notable sighting was the shadow figure pacing back and forth in front of one of the rooms. While we were there, and again on the drive home, both Dana and I tried to debunk this several times, but we couldn't come up with any plausible explanation. Unfortunately, my camera's lighting was too dark to pick it up.

We plan to return to Waverly in the future - armed with equipment, and hopefully some concrete evidence.
